- WCWarren Cahilltoday1.0Little bit disappointed as I wanted to exchange an old ÂŁ20 note, it's a 2007 perfect condition note, I was told from Joy that he can't exchange as its too old. After looking on the Post office website it says a post office cannot reject a bank of England note for being too old. So yeah just feel like he couldn't be bothered to help me and also enjoyed telling me he can't help. Please do reply and let me know if this is true. Many thanks

Very Rude All the staff and have no social ethical communication skill towards vulnerable people. Basically very rude off- licence shop not a post office.
